Gov Programs taking over Empty Commercial Property for Affordable Housing?

The Government is going to offer programs, grants and loans for empty commercial property to be turned into residential property to "combat climate change" and commercial real estate market as they are feeling the "squeeze" from interest rates and loans coming due... I see 15 minutes cities and owning nothing and be happy coming....
