MURDER 0N THE !CE ???

The Copyright Laws of the United States recognizes a “fair use” of copyrighted content. Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states:
“Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.”This is a very disturbing video. At first glance at regular speed it looks like it COULD be a freak accident but when it is slowed way down you can see that there was no collision with another hockey player except the collision of the side kick to the throat with an ice skate of the other players poor neck. The other thing I noticed is every person on the ice skates toward the guy who is about to die from being chopped in the neck except the guy who did it to him who skates away immmediately until he is off camera. That was premeditated murder in my opinion. The first time I watched it at full speed I was so shocked I said it out loud. "He did that on PURPOSE!" They are calling this a freak accident. I believe it is an obvious murder.
