This apple and pear cake is very tender and moist. The taste of baked fruit, vanilla and butter is delicious. I highly recommend making this easy apple pie. Fast and not sweet, little flour and sugar.

milk 100 ml.
Ricotta 170g.
Vanillin 70 g.
Flour 70 gr.
baking powder 1 tsp

2 apples.

In the oven / 30 minutes / 180 C / 360 F /.
Take the cake out of the oven.
