He talks about Ukraine being a terribly corrupt country. There is no democracy there, and there never has been. They got a score of 3 out of 10 for democracy. And it's not true that Americans are defending democracy by supporting Ukraine. They are there for other reasons, but this is not about protecting democracy in Ukraine.
