Halloween Hunting 2023- Standoff with 7 deer

3 does, 5 does, 7 does. Just look at them and can't do anything.
Everywhere I go around here there are does. It seems that everybody I talk to always says that's about all they see are does, but trying to get doe permits is like pulling hen's teeth.
