A twelve year old boy murdered his two year old brother by wrapping a cord around his neck and hanging him from a bed post, and Wicomico County, Maryland Sheriff, Mike Lewis is surprised the twelve year old was even charged. This is how bad it’s gotten in criminal coddling Democrat states! You wonder why kids and crime are out of control?!
