Roasted Kashoori methi powder 1/2 tsp
Cunin Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black salt 1/3 tsp
1 tsp lemon juice
Buna besan 1 tsp
Hung curd 200grm
Butter for basting
Chat masala 1/4 tsp for sprinkle
Lemon wedges
Ring onion salad
Green chutney
