Shelley Joint School District Number 60 is requesting a $67.8 million bond in the upcoming election to build a new high school. The current high school is overcrowded, with 790 students enrolled in a building with a capacity of 650. If the bond does not pass, the district may have to purchase more modular classrooms, use a mobile teacher, or deny new non-resident enrollment requests.
