Keir Starmer’s ceasefire comments are disgusting beyond words.

Keir Starmer defies national opinion, common sense and any semblance of peace, opposing a ceasefire in today's speech.
Right, so Keir Starmer has given a speech at Chatham House this morning, intended to clarify his position and head off further dissent and resignations within his party over the resolute stance of many that a ceasefire is needed now and should be called for now and that Keir Starmer is wrong for not having done this already and in fact has completely resisted the idea. Starmer’s position up until now has been to utterly reject the notion of a ceasefire, to ignore those who are refusing to adopt his position in this matter, and when you consider that includes not just his own MPs and Labour members along with councillors up and down the country, but the Scottish Labour leader, the London Mayor, West Yorkshire Mayor, Manchester Metro Mayor have all come out against Starmer’s narrative. The party is splitting as he resolutely stands by Israel in this matter as he does in all their matters and this speech offered no sign that that is going to change. He is destroying Labour with his dedication to apparently destroy more lives in the Middle East.
Right so Starmer giving a speech, given he’s the human form of sleeping tablets, it’s rarely something to look to and voluntarily watch, but I’ve propped my eyeballs open with cocktail sticks on your behalf to see it through. But in all seriousness, this was a speech coming after days of social media silence from Sir Kid Starver, on the very subject he was being most silent on, knowing that his position is wrecking the party, but it's his party, he always tells us that, it’s his party, so he’ll do what he wants and if you don’t like it there’s the door. That was his attitude a few months ago, it’s still his attitude now.
Right, so Keir Starmer’s speech, it was never one that was going to come out on the side of Palestinians and in that he didn’t disappoint, You weren’t allowed to take a Palestinian flag to Labour conference, even before October 7th of course, you can get suspended for saying from the river to the sea, and of course there’s the Israel lobby and their donors, who funded his leadership campaign and who he owes now. It makes the start of the speech all the more notable, since he acknowledged the atrocities that had been conducted and the carnage left behind, the bodies, dead children and he acknowledges them on both sides, so he can actually see the whole picture. He spoke of misinformation, well, you’d know, you acted on that to suspend one of your own MPs, Andy McDonald. Well he went on to talk about the 7th October, where the biggest slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust happened in Israel, committed by Hamas but according to Starmer, that’s why they were killed. Israeli’s were killed because they were Jews and not because they were the overseers of a concentration camp? You bring religion into this to hide behind? You do know that although Judaism is the main religion in Israel it isn’t the only one right? Were Hamas intentionally avoiding the Muslim Israelis or the Christian ones?
