Big news from the #NampaCityCouncil. A new ordinance, banning public drug intoxication, has just been passed. This important law is designed to ensure public safety and reduce public drunkenness. Remember, violation of this law is a misdemeanor and could result in a fine of up to $1,000 or six months in jail. Stay safe, Nampa!
