Incredibly delicious meat with potatoes, based on a village grandfather's recipe. It is very easy to prepare. Once you try it, you will want to cook it again and again. It doesn't take long to make this recipe and you'll have an entire lunch or dinner for a large family. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:

1 kg pork loin
Cut into pieces 0.5-0.7 mm thick
Pound the meat
5-6 potatoes
Grate on a coarse grater
Squeeze the juice
Salt
Black pepper

Grease the casserole dish with vegetable oil
Lay out the potatoes
1 onion
Mash lightly and place on top of the potatoes
Salt the meat
Black pepper
100-120 grams of cheese
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cover with damp parchment paper and foil
Bake at 200C for 20 minutes
Boil 3 eggs
2 cucumbers

80 grams of corn
3 eggs
Remove foil and parchment paper and bake for another 20 minutes
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
