Now, with fossil fuels such as coal and oil becoming more difficult to source and pressure from environmental concerns causing a search for greener energy, a new frontier in mining for the green economy, ranging from lithium to cobalt, has opened, raising new challenges and opportunities in the never ending search for wealth from beneath.
