NHL Player Adam Johnson SLASHED By Matt Petgrave! FATAL Accident or DELIBERATE Attack?

Adam Johnson was playing for the Sheffield Steelers over the weekend when Matt Petgrave of the Nottingham Panthers cut his throat in an accidental contact during an EIHL game. Unfortunately, Johnson succumbed to his injuries.

Petgrave has a history of rough play in his brief playing career, thereby raising many questions. But hockey is a dangerous game. With that said, his actions were reckless and a life was lost at his hands (feet in this case). So what is to be done about this?
