Hockey player Adam Johnson was killed when Matt Petgrave kicked him in the neck with his ice skate, calling it an accident would be making things up, he clearly hits him and then kicks through before falling to the ice, getting up, and skating away without helping in the least

I don't know any of them so I don't know if he wanted to kill him ? I'm hoping he didn't, he more likely wanted to cause severe injury to him for a personal reason but not death, still wrong on so many levels but, in any case Matt Petgrave Killed Adam Johnson, that's manslaughter in the very least
