The gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in our body.
It is so large and powerful because it has the difficult job of keeping the trunk of the body in an upright posture. It is the chief antigravity muscle that aids in walking up stairs.
Unfortunately there are many of you that have inactive glutes that as a result are experiencing lower back pain.

Activate and strengthen your glutes with these different variations of the Glute bridge.
