Back extensions and prone cobra

This is a great exercise for the lower and upper back that will greatley improve your posture.
the goal is to be able to hold this pose for 3 minutes but you can start off with short reps then hold for a 30 second hold then each time you perform this exercise add on 5 seconds until you reach that 3 minute goal.

As you begin to be able to hold the pose for longer you'll notice a change in your posture.
