PULL-UPS 5-8r 🎥Last training before our trip
FRIDAY OCT 13th
Had a terrible start today, had huge issues with budget rental cars & had to cx our vehicle. Thought I was gonna have last minute issues till I called Enterprise they got me in a mid sized SUV without any issues & saved me 150.00. Anyway because of those last minute issues I didn't have time to get in any training So I did a couple sets of Pullups and called it good
