EL PAIS: Ukraine's critical Ammo shortage will Permit Russian Offensives on 3 Axis in 2024

Ukraine is out of artillery shells and it seems there is a worldwide shortage. This means Ukraine's ammo shortage will continue until at least 2025, if not longer. Russia is gearing up for offensives in Avdiivka, Bakhmut and Kupyansk in winter of 2023 and into 2024. Western experts agree Ukraine's prospects are not good at all.
