Star Wolves; confused Old Ben's attempt at reading the game's manual of doom!

I'm not entirely sure which is more difficult: getting through the tutorial when some game mechanics occasionally decide not to work whatsoever... or trying to make sense of the majority of paragraphs in this document of insanity with extra crispy word salad. Hopefully I'll be able to decipher the game a slight bit more, after whatever contents herein perhaps percolate within my subconscious. But otherwise, it's like, oh well good luck with figuring this puzzle out!!!!!
