Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are smoking up korean pulled pork sliders on the pellet smoker using gochujang and a home-made korean BBQ sauce! I am using a pellet grill here, but the method should work on any smoker! Lets get started...

Ingredients:
Pork Shoulder
Gochujang
Slider Buns
Cole Slaw Mix (unsauced)

Korean BBQ Sauce:
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1.5 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Water
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Tbsp Honey Granules
1 Tsp Corn Starch

Pellets Used:
Lumberjack Maple
