mRNA jabs use genetic engineering yet the TGA didn't consult with the Gene Tech Regulator 16.02.23

16th February 2023- Australia's Gene Technology Regulator, Raj Bhula, appeared before the Australian Senate's Community Affairs Legislation Committee on 16 February 2023, where she inexplicably stated:
‘The mRNA Covid-19 vaccines did not involve any step of genetic modification.’ Watch here:

Late October 2023- Australia’s Gene Technology Regulator, Raj Bhula when asked why the Office of Gene Technology Regulator didn’t assess the injection as a gene technology, she answered “the MRNA Covid vaccines were fully manufactured and imported in to Australia” therefore the OTGR is not responsible for assessing the gene therapy.
