The Bishop of Mbale Diocese Right Reverend Wilson Nanda has issued a warning to stakeholders against the extension of family planning education programs to the primary school level.

He expressed concern that introducing such programs to young children could compromise their moral upbringing.

He was officiating prayers to bless primary seven candidates of Nabuyonga Primary School in Mbale City.
