The conflict in the Middle East is creating a conflict for many Veteran's families in their living room. Many families are reporting that their Veteran has been acting different over the past few weeks, and have become more easily triggered or are shutting down. Some have even stated that their Veteran's nightmares have increased. How can we as loved ones prepare for the conflicts in our living rooms?
