NIMROD AEW3: The RAF’s AWACs That Never Was!

Based on the Hawker Siddeley Nimrod, which was in turn based on the de Havilland Comet JET AIRLINER, the AEW3 was proposed as a Britain’s future Airborne Early Warning (AEW) aircraft. But, after numerous complications and spiralling expenses, the project was cancelled in the late 1980s. However, due to its prestigious lineage (and because it looks kind of weird), we decided that the AEW3 should be todays AVIATION ART release. Enjoy!
