A call for action to rebuild Puerto Rico

Brian Davis recently returned from Puerto Rico. He and his wife set out on a vacation to honor their 25th anniversary. The trip was supposed to last one week, but then Hurricane Maria made landfall with winds of 155 miles per hour.
