Here is a new video about the benefits of running with a plate carrier. I’ve been getting a lot of DMs with questions about this, so hopefully this should give you guys some good information.

There are many benefits:

1. Burns more calories.
2. Builds bone density.
3. Increases cardio capabilities.
4. Diversifies your workout routines.

I highly recommend training with added weight, although you do need to be carful when you’re starting out not to injury yourself or overtrain. Enjoy!
