If you haven't been following our story, Anna was neglected, starved and dumped at a kill pen after working hard her whole life. We rescued her days before she was almost sent to slaughter. This is an update and progress on how Anna is doing since her last vet visit and being here on our farm for 7 weeks. She has come such a long way in her healing journey but still has a ways to go. We had an exciting week and there is usually never a dull moment around here! Our solar panels were delivered on Wednesday and installation of our solar system started on Thursday. Texas Solar Solutions is doing the installation and we just can't say enough great things about them! The customer service is phenomenal and the installation process has been the smoothest process ever. We have had questions asking if we have an Amazon wish list to help with supplies for the horses. Unfortunately, we do not have a wish list because we purchase all our horse supplies from HF&C Supply Amarillo.

HF&C has offered to help us with anyone wanting to send a gift of Alfa-Pro to the horses. When you call, tell them you are sending a gift to Fletcher Farms Amarillo and they will add those bags to our account. Alfa Pro is $15.75 per 50lb. bag plus tax. WE go through about 2 bags per day to feed all the 7 horses.
