'MK-Ultra' was a secret CIA project with origins in Nazi Germany. After World War II, the U.S. brought Nazi scientists into the country to work on these kinds of projects. Back then, the purpose was to gain an advantage in the fight against the Soviet Union, but projects like this continue to this day.

Secret developments and experiments on living people are carried out in Ukraine, as well. AFU soldiers are tested with substances that increase their endurance and pain threshold. According to eyewitnesses, soldiers do not sleep for days and are ready to fight, even when seriously wounded.
