Convicted rapist gets joint custody of victim's child

There’s outrage over a Michigan judge's decision granting a convicted sex offender parental rights to a child born as a result of raping the child's mother. Twenty-seven-year-old Christopher Mirasolo was awarded joint custody of the 8-year-old boy he fathered by sexually assaulting a then 12-year-old girl.
