Enforcement of loud motorcycles in Royal Oak takes a turn

Police in Royal Oak want to silence loud motorcycles.  A local ordinance was passed last year but they had to put on the brakes enforcing it because it came into conflict with state law.  Now Police are using what’s called a defective equipment ticket because the loud bikes have the stock mufflers replaced with louder pipes.
