It is unbelievable how much of a plagiarist Abiy Ahmed. His Phd dissertation was more than 67% copied from other works without any attribution or citation. And in this video, he repeats the same thing. It is shameful that the highest office on the land is held by someone who spends his day browsing and plagiarizing social media content.
