Storm Shield Forecast morning update 10/9/17

Easterly Santa Ana winds leave us dry and hot with the threat of blowing dust and debris, especially down into the desert but I think the valley will see that threat as well. The mountains will see relative humidity levels drop down to the single digits today, which is dangerously dry and the blustery winds will enhance the fire weather threat.
