My avocado banana bread is soft, moist, made with healthy ingredients that taste very good! Recipe is low-carb and perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients:

1 large banana (120 g without peel)
1 small avocado
5 g carob powder or cocoa / 2 teaspoons
25 g peanut butter / 5 teaspoons.
25 g date syrup / 1 2/4 tablespoons.
2 eggs
60 g almond flour / 1/2 cup
5 g baking powder / 1 tsp
bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C /360°F

baking form size 20 x 8 cm / 7.87 x 3.15 inches
