Take a banana, oat flakes and cocoa and make a wonderful dessert, without sugar, without flour!
A dessert with few ingredients in 5 minutes! Eat gluten-free, sugar-free and flour-free and lose weight!
This dessert can be prepared in five minutes. A very easy and healthy oats dessert.
I love vegan recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana (110 g without peel)
200 ml of almond milk(or your preferate milk) / 0.85 cup
50 ml water / 0.21 cup(3.38 tbsp)
30 g oat flakes / 0.33 cup(5.2 tbsp)
1 tablespoon cocoa (10g)
30 g peanut butter(all-natural) / 2 tbsp
refrigerate overnight
decorate with berries(optional)
