BEST baked oats recipe in 1 minute! Low Calorie Dessert for Breakfast!. A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result!

Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

60 g rolled oats / 0.67 cup(10.2 tbsp)
160 ml plant milk / 0.67 cup
25 g erythritol sweetener / 2 tbsp
10 g cocoa / 1.6 tbsp
3 g baking powder / 0.6 teaspoon
chocolate drops (optional)
crunchy almonds(optional)

bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C / 356°F
