+Endurance training:
-10 mile run (7:30 min pace) straight into...
-3 mile plate carrier run (7:40 min pace)

+Strength and Stability training:
-4sets, 10reps Single-arm Bench-press
-4sets, 10reps Single-arm Overhead Press
-4sets, 12reps Romanian Deadlifts (Dumbbell)
-4sets, 6reps Pull-up Negatives
