1-Mile Run for Time | Training For a 5-Minute Mile!

One mile timed run today! Flat track (country asphalt road) with the wife trailing behind to hold me accountable. Currently sitting at about 190lbs after a couple months of focusing on strength. This was the first day of a 6-week running training program aimed to achieve a faster 1-mile run. In my case, I'm shooting for a 5-minute mile! This was a good gut check to kick things off! I'll be continuing to post more video of this training program as I progress through the next 6-weeks, so stay posted!
