They Claim to be the BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT in Nairobi 🇮🇹

"Land of the best Italian dishes" this is what is written on their website. But are they really the best? We shall see!

La Casa Di Nico is a beautiful and intimate restaurant in a secluded part of the Village Market Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. We have walked in front of it many times looking at it and telling each other that we have to try it one day. Today is the day!

This Italian restaurant is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The theming is very Italian like with the darker colors, the wood and the wine bottles everywhere. It is the perfect ambiance for a romantic candle dinner with your better half.

We've tried 5 different items from the menu and they were all extraordinary. The authentic pizza diavola covered in a tomato and basil sauce stole the show with its thick cuts of spicy meat. The gnocchi dish was fresh and covered in cheese, like most of what we ate apart from the chocolate mousse. Special mention for the great selection of Italian wine as well.
