HOW TO HEAL WITH YOUR HANDS

1. Bring all of your awareness to your hands.
2. Breathe visualizing light entering your hands with each inhalation and the light expanding with each exhalation.
3. Now start feeling a change in temperature in your hands, visualize and feel them warmer.
4. Imagine your hands being very cold now, feel how cold they are.
5. Repeat the process 3 times and place your hands over an area of your body that is in pain or that you want to improve.
Allow it to work for minutes.
Repeat if necessary.
