SWF Chantrelle Mushrooms Clean Preserve & Cook

Chantrelles are like Swedish Gold.
I have been fortunate in my life to live in a few different places. In all of these places mother nature provided some amazing local treasures. In Sweden I learned to forage in the forest and of all the great things the forest has to offer. In my opinion the Chantrelle Mushroom is far and away my favorite. In this video I focus on the cleaning and preserving of the Chantrelles. The SWF method for preserving them so we can use them throughout the year until next summer when we will hopefuly restock the freezer. I also include a super simple sandwich recepie that my family loves.
