VISUALIZATION OF PI BEING IRRATIONAL

Because pi is irrational, that never happens (which the visualization shows) ... Dumb question, is there a difference between the two circles being made?

As in the one makes a circle and the other makes a Pi circle. Is there a difference. ( I wish I knew how to superscript) ... it being irrational means the beginning of the line and the end never meet, which is why when it completes the shape and is about to hit the start it misses
