Rep. Matt Gaetz responded to comments that House Ways and Means Committee Chair Jason Smith made about him on a radio show recently. Smith said that Gaetz lies every time he opens his mouth and is responsible for the dysfunction in the Republican Conference.

Gaetz says that this is ironic coming from Smith because Smith “has been living a lie his entire life,” and says "...so Jason I would check yourself before you come at me with any accusations of being dishonest..." Ryan Grim, DC Bureau Chief at The Intercept, joins Sam to examine this story
