Noah is admitted to the hospital, where medical professionals struggle to understand his condition. They rule out physical harm but suspect some form of trauma. The father becomes increasingly desperate to help his son, even confronting Martin, who claims innocence. As Noah's counting reaches its conclusion, he suffers a terrifying seizure. When he wakes, he appears to be someone else entirely.
