1988 - Indiana Pacers ABA Lookback by Indy Government Cable Channel

This is the tail end of the program, as found on a discarded VHS tape. The show was produced by Cable Channel 16 in Indianapolis, the government channel, with apparent assistance from WRTV and the Pacers. Some terrific vintage ABA footage appears here. The show is followed, it seems, by coverage of the City-County Council. The tape was covered with mold but played extremely well.
