Seasonal high tides and Nate combine to cause area coastal flooding

The highest tides of the year combined with Hurricane Nate churning in the central Gulf of Mexico pushed water in coastal neighborhoods such as on Casablanca Avenue in St. Pete Beach Saturday. It could happen again later today.
