Often times you'll find cloud cover dissipating overhead Nexrad radars. Specifically dialing in the amount of ionization determines weather conditions. Saturating the atmosphere with ions will cease rain. Level it just right, and you can essentially seed clouds using EMF. The convection patterns on radar/satellite will sometimes take the shape of the frequencies emitted.
