Downtown Cincinnati crash leaves, suspect, passenger and bystander hurt

Norwood police say a suspect crashed in downtown Cincinnati after leading police on a chase into Campbell County, Kentucky, and then back to Ohio. The suspect and passenger both suffered serious injuries. Someone in another vehicle also was hurt.
