THE REAL VALUE OF JESUS

1 Peter 1:18-19 New King James Version
18 knowing that you were not redeemed with [a]corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!!

Something about every time I read this particular passage of scripture, causes me to rejoice over the fact that the stone the builders (the Jews) rejected, has now become the chief cornerstone, that every lost person who resists Christ stumbles over, but is precious and valuable to everyone who chooses to believe, regardless of if they're Jew or Gentile. This means that regardless of race, skin color, socioeconomic background, or lifestyle, that salvation is available to anyone who wants it, and that is something I praise God for. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional are so very challenging to me, and I’d like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will speak to you through them as well.

Why do people miss the true value of Jesus?

I'd like to share some things that I learned from not just this passage of scripture, but on this particular issue, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will encourage you to see the true value of Jesus. How might you share the blessings of trusting Him?

How about within the next couple of days, since Halloween will be here shortly, sharing the gospel through sharing some kid friendly gospel tracts to children along with candy. Maybe drop a kid friendly or a Halloween based gospel tract like something from Chick Publications, in a bathroom, or somewhere public where someone will see it. Ask God to show you ways that you can share the blessings of trusting Christ as savior, and don't waste those opportunities!
