How to eat Rutabaga, a very special type of vegetable that looks like orange beetroot

In this video we are going to learn what to do with Rutabaga, a root vegetable similar to turnip, rich in vitamin C and starch. We will fry it in creamy butter and reuse butter to add scrambled egg. Some onions and green sprouts will be added later.
