Portland Teachers Use PTA and the Kids to Pressure Parents to Not Take Laptops for Use During Strike

Portland teachers thought it would be a good idea to use the PTA and their children to pressure parents into not taking Chromebooks for them to use while they go on strike. They sent a letter to parents from the PTA claiming that kids not getting one of them or continuing their studies on their own while the strike is happening is supposedly to their benefit just like the teachers getting paid more for an 8 month a year job supposedly is for it too. Which of course more than a few parents did not take kindly to any of this.

In this video, we take a look at the local media and the vice president of the local teacher’s union try to do damage control after the teachers’ big brained idea of pressuring parents using their children blew up in their faces.
